  • Where do you ship?

    We ship everywhere in the United States of America.

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100. 

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, please contact us.

Returns

  • Can I return or exchange my item?

    At Corazon Calavera, we take pride in our hand painted and handburned hats.  We also take pride in our products sourced by our artisans and are committed to the quality of each unique piece we create. Every item is handmade with care, allowing our customers to own something truly one-of-a-kind. For this reason, all sales are considered final upon purchase.


    No Refunds or Exchanges

    Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the personal nature of our creations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizes, and photos carefully before purchasing. Please reach out with any questions about an item prior to ordering.

  • My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

    In the rare case that your item arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll be happy to find a solution through repair, replacement, or another appropriate option.
